Motor vehicle registration

(A) In case of new motor vehicle registration:

01. A) Proposal and signature by the owner and the importer / dealer of the application form ('H' form).

B) Signature and seal for joint ownership signature and organization / company for both parties.

C) If the bank or financial institution has financial responsibility for the ownership of the car, then the applicant will have to apply to the registration authority of the bank or the financial institution.

0. Original copy of invoice (signed by the customs authority).

03. Bill of Ladings (attested by the concerned bank).

04. Import Permit / LC (attested by concerned bank).

05. Sales certificate / sales certificate (imported / vendor paid)

06. Cell Intimation (signed by the Importers / Vendors) to the Registration Authority.

07. Gate side (in case of CdD registration).

08. Run Delivery.

09. Packing list

10. Copy of the validity of work permit and visa of Bangladesh if the transfer of registration / ownership in the name of foreign citizen.

11. A) VAT-11, b) VAT-11 (A) / ATV (if applicable), c) VAT payment invoice.

12. Specification of body and seat system specification (for bus, truck, human haler, delivery van, autotampu etc.).

13. BRTA type approval and approved affiliate listings for CKD motorcycle.

14. TIN Certificate (if applicable)

15. Body VAT (in case of applicable) challan and payment receipt.

16. In order to visit the motor vehicle for the inspection, the BRTA office is available.

17. Required fee submission receipt.

18. In case of a person-owned applicant, any attested photocopy of any passport / telephone bill / electricity bill etc. and the letter of the institution in the institution of the institution.
